"Worst experience EVER as a first time homeowner. The agent( Nicolette Fontes) lacked knowledge and NEVER defended us during negotiations. She argued with us, completely unprofessional! The sellers agent pretty much told our agent what to do. It was almost like she worked for them and not us! The sellers agent was aggressive while ours was like a undergrad student fresh out of college. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this company! The agent needs a mentor on how real estate works. Please don’t offer a suggestion or try to defend her. I could careless about what you have to say. She represents your company so you validate her profession. If I could rank ZERO stars I would. My advice do your homework on your agent!"
