"We learned about David from our daughters, each of whom had a great experience with him in buying their houses in the last three years. Our younger daughter was buying in a particularly tight market, and David was key in helping her successfully bid on her dream house. When it came time that we wanted to move to Massachusetts to be near our daughters, we knew we would want to use David. And in fact, because of various constraints, we ended up trusting David along with our two daughters to buy us a house sight unseen other than virtually.
