"I have no complaints about Better Place and have never had an issue with them. They are a great company all things considered. Lisa Gilman, on the other hand, is extremely unprofessional. After receiving 24h notice of a showing in our apartment via a nearly unintelligible email riddled with typos, she personally called me to scream for several minutes about the state of the apartment. I have never spoken with an older woman nor realtor who was so unhinged. When I was trying to explain that a parent had recently passed away and to please excuse my indiscretion, she only screamed louder for me to be quiet and that she was the one talking. Not to mention she did this in the middle of the house with all the roommates present, one of which who was still working from home. The housemates that were there were extremely put off and explicitly stated they were scared by her erratic behavior. I had a friend who was staying at my apartment for the day. She was extremely rude to him and loudly proclaimed that "there should only be one person present in an apartment". She falsely accused me over text and call that I had a extra person on the lease. The lease calls for one TENANT, but one guest is obviously okay. There are no damages to the apartment, just a week's worth of not cleaning. There is video proof now of the cleanliness being up to standard. There are no rodents or insects. She should have her license revoked for her appalling unprofessionalism."
