"Roberta from classified realty group was selling 79 Ashland st in Lynn Ma. I reached out multiple times starting at 10am the morning they listed the property. She calls me back around noon time and leaves me a message saying “ Yeah, this is the realtor for the property in Lynn So I guess I can't talk to you , so umm whatever we have a lot of showings And we do have an offer already, so maybe it's not for you since I can't talk to you all right sorry bye-bye”- her tone was condescending and dismissive. I immediately called her back- no answer. I texted her and she reached out with a dismissive text 2 hours later. I understand it’s a tough market ,however as a sales person, you should be a bit professional to say the least. The only one getting the short end of the stick is the seller, who could’ve benefited from a higher selling price. She was unprofessional and her attitude was uncalled for. I’d be spectacle about making business with her if this is how she goes around treating people and being disrespectful."
