"Would give zero stars if I could. Scott is the worst landlord I've ever rented from. We had to threaten to sue him personally to get our security deposit back after he not only tried to withhold the whole amount, but also charge us additional money on top of the deposit for ineligible items like kitchen renovations unrelated to damage. Avoid unless you have a good lawyer or too much free time."
