"I would caution anyone considering leasing space from Cummings Properties. Don't do it! You will regret it!! I lease a prime Washington Street location and have done so for 10 years. I recently asked Management to help us as a result of the impact of COVID-19. Cummings response of course only benefited themselves, and was clear evidence of the fact that Cummings Properties is only motivated by greed. And they do this cloaked in their philanthropic work. What you see, is not what you get. Cummings response below is filled with misrepresentation of the facts. My review and warning to potential tenants remains as written."

First they are very small business friendly and provide a wonderful opportunity to share and grow.
