"My husband and I knew we would work with Vita Realty Group when time comes to sell our house because we saw their formidable presence on the market in our community, flawless style of presenting the properties they were selling and the speed they were selling it with. Of course, it also helps that they both have lovely personalities, and every encounter was just a pleasure. Needless to say, the house went under agreement in one week, all formalities have been aligned and addressed flawlessly by Phil and Amanda, and we still cannot believe that such a normally lengthy and complicated process has been completed with ease, grace, competence and pleasure. We have worked with a number of real estate agents in our lifetime, but we have never met professionals like Phil and Amanda Vita. Not even close. We are recommending them with glowing enthusiasm to all our family members and friends, and we still can’t say enough!
