"Lived at Greenwich place in Rhode Island for 2 years. The staff works extremely hard to make everyone’s experience the best it can be for apartment living. Of course it’s impossible to please everyone but the prices were fair and the amenities were just right. The property was maintained and would recommend to others."

"The office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Complaints get ignored, they are very rude and clearly don't take request or complaints seriously. Their "oh well" attitude to mice, pot smoke, loud music, and police calls and on and on, never gets addressed. They certainly can't uphold their own lease rules or back or help their tenants resolve any issue."

"Dolben Company recently bought out our apartment complex. As a result our rent has been raised significantly!! For that amount of money one would expect a 4-5 star experience living here. Instead we are bombarded daily with noise pollution at all hours of the day, people who don’t even live here taking up all the parking spaces, and intermittent vandalism of cars, not to mention trash strewn everywhere. Dolben Company apparently prides itself on serving their residents but this seems far from the truth. At this point it seems that they’re all about squeezing money from struggling families who live paycheck to paycheck."
