"I'm a first-time home buyer and I worked primarily with Paul Moreton. He was recommended to us by a friend who had also worked with him. I don't often leave reviews, but I truly can't imagine having gone through the process without Paul, especially in the extremely challenging housing climate of 2022. For about four months, we spent every weekend looking at open houses with Paul. Each step of the way, his only concern was that we ended up in the right house. Paul was not afraid to point out the flaws in a house we saw, or tell us that he didn't think a house was worth the price attached to us. But he was also clear about what issues could be easily fixed and we learned a lot about houses from his experience. He never pushed his opinion on us and instead simply pointed out what we needed to know about each house and let us come to own conclusions. Perhaps the only time he advised us against making an offer - we really loved one of the first houses we saw and were prepared to make a offer (which likely would have been accepted). However, Paul advised us to continue looking, saying that as first-time homebuyers, we really needed to have more inventory under our belt before committing to a house. He was 100% right and seeing that he elected to spend more time to get us the right house, rather than taking easy money, I knew from that early moment that I could trust him. We needed a lot of guidance as we continued to look at houses. And in the competitive environment, we also needed moral support and kindness and that's exactly what we received. I genuinely enjoyed spending time with Paul, he was and I am lucky to count him among my friends. I'm not sure what's going on with these other reviews, but from my perspective we were very lucky to have worked with Real Estate 109."
