"We received such poor service and help during our short time together, that I am still thinking about it each time I view a home. We nearly felt someone was pulling a prank on us. Each question to our realtor was met with disdain. She sent us around fifteen listings before we flew in to meet and were asked to rate and make notes on each. Around three hours of work on our end. When we arrived we found that she did not look at a single note and that we were not going to look at any of those homes on the list. Frustrating right from the start. Towards the end we were unable to visit a few listings we were interested in so I asked for photos and videos, what I received from this was laughable. Almost like an FU for asking. We were also advised to forgo inspections, as other bidders may be advised by their clients. This behavior has to stop. There is a feeling given that as buyers we have no rights and power in an up market. Both parties have to feel comfortable and safe with a home purchase, not uncertain and scared."
