"Fawaad is very knowledgeable of real state processes. He was very courteous in his interactions with us during the process of selling our property and building a new property. He literally held our hand during the entire process by looking out for interest and advising about pitfalls to avoid. I recall trying to find a lawyer for my transactions and spending few hours thinking about it. We agreed to confirm with Fawaad if we needed a lawyer before proceeding to hire one and at our amazements he already had a lawyer lined up for us. We then reviewed our inbox to find the emails from the lawyer requesting our confirmation to have his office represent us for both transactions which we approved readily.
