"I hired the Stubblebine company to sell my property. They had the property for more than one year and never sold it or had an offer.. they never even did a print mailing as promised. Half the time, they never showed up for viewing (I did the viewing) and 80% of the folks were "Friends of Stubbebine" (FOS)... they were sent to make me feel good as if there would ever be an offer on the table! They were Hacks! It was difficult terminating the agreement with Stubbebine (they say they never got it) so I had to send it certified mail. Once I stepped away from Stubbebine, I received 3 offers and sold the property in 1 1/2 months. Lots of funny business (which I cannot list here) and very dishonest. I highly recommend you stay clear of this company"
