Please bring your business elsewhere. this place is a disaster. they filed our tax late and forced us to file for extension because he (Vu) had opened another office in Salem and took way too many new clients (their reason). We said fine, we would go elsewhere since we did not want to be late or could afford to pay a big bill of our estimated tax. They threatened us by saying they would NOT return our paperwork unless we PAY them even though they hadn't done anything for us beside ringing us in. We had no choice but to go with them. Fast forward a year later, we went with another tax preparer and needed some sort of supplement paperwork from last year filing in order to do our tax, which we had paid Vu to do for us in full. After 5 days, multiple phone calls and emails, Vu's receptionist finally called back and stated they did what were supposed to. if we want the supplement paperwork, we will need to PAY THEM EXTRA to obtain! She would not let us talk to Vu because he is always busy. We are hitting a dead end with our tax this year. Also, good luck calling or emailing them when you need them or check on your tax filing status. they will never pick up or response to you after they ring you in. Their fee is hefty too, so I don't quite understand how they treat us so poorly."

They always delay my paperwork causing me to have to pay a fine and then they have the audacity to charge me extra for their service. What a rip off. Bottom line: Paperwork is never done on time. Highly unresponsive to paying customers. Overcharges. Definitely not recommended; find an accountant that is actually reliable and is capable of filing taxes on time."
