"There is NO Food offered in 98% of the stations I went through for 2,000 miles. No water in most. No coffee anywhere. Filthy bathrooms, rude people everywhere. Not a pleasant run. I WILL NEVER RIDE Greyhound again. It would have been cheaper on an airplane."
"In 2023, I travelled from Atlanta, Georgia to Mobile, Alabama and from Atlanta to Biloxi once a month for the entire year....Greyhound got me there: During one period in 2023, Greyhound was sold, and during that time, operations got "dicey", Buses were hours and hours and hours late, and there was much loud vocal frustrations...I could not afford to raise any blow back raising my frustration level, so I sat back and waited patiently and Greyhound got schedules back on track...Greyhound is an old, old company and has been reliable for many, many years for countless folk--myself included"
"Love to get my soul food from there wing plate."
"Joe was at the wheel, and the storm did not slow him down at all. Once I saw he had it handled, I closed my eyes and when I woke up I was in Bham. Overall it was a quick, safe trip and cant wait to do it again!"
"DO NOT EVER TAKE A GREYHOUND BUS! Worst experience I've ever had in the way of transportation. I was traveling from Augusta Georgia to Pensacola Florida. Left Augusta Georgia and would have to take two transfers to other buses to make it to Pensacola Florida. When I arrived at Atlanta Georgia Greyhound The next bus then I was going to take to Mobile Alabama got canceled. Had to wait for the next schedule bus which came along 7 hours later. Got on that bus to Mobile Alabama where I was supposed to transfer to a final bus going to Pensacola Florida. The best going to Pensacola Florida canceled. So what I ended up doing was taking a cab from Mobile Alabama to Pensacola Florida. In the end it cost me more than it would have if I just simply booked a flight. Did you not give refunds. They offer vouchers and in my case I will never take a Greyhound bus again so the voucher is useless. You also have no legal recourse against Greyhound. Don't ever send your child alone on a Greyhound bus. Every bus station that I was at had drug dealers inside the terminals dealing there wares while the security guards watched or we're on their cell phones. The bus terminal Atlanta Georgia smelled of urine everywhere and had homeless people mingling with those people who are traveling inside the terminal. The homeless people were constantly harassing the passengers waiting on their buses. At all three bus stations in Atlanta Georgia, Augusta Georgia and Mobile Alabama I was accosted by drug dealers. While in Atlanta one man was attacked by a homeless man and injured. I could continue and list numerous other serious issues including the fact that at the different bus terminals the employees were extremely rude and difficult to deal with. Rude does not say enough about their customer service. They were outright mean. And I forgot that while in Atlanta to the employees I watched smoked marijuana out in the open."
