"Came on to rant and saw someone with the same complaint atrocious customer service treated like a child 10 years with bank and they ruin over wire transfer!! Treated me like simpleton and point blank said they were suspicious of my recipient. Fascists Overstepped their bounds with MY money. Don’t offer wire transfers if you don’t want to do them! Thoroughly offended. Would NEVER go back. Ignorant gatekeepers of my hard earned money!"

"Abhorrent customer service and draconian transfer/wire rules designed not to protect you, but to protect the bank. Been the owner of a free checking for almost a decade now and have steadily direct deposited money regularly. I moved far away for work on short notice (1100 miles) but needed to send my money with me as a house sale was wired to me AFTER I had to leave and bank refused me to wire to my new account here without me physically being there despite every piece of information they could ever ask for I have in possession and could easily speak for. This is the branch I opened the account at. Branch manager is just as unprofessional and promptly useless as the 1-800 number. Stay FAR away or close your account ASAP. These business practices are unacceptable and unaccommodating. Never in my life has a business caused such an inconvenience that I would have to fly 1100 miles to get MY money"
