I've lost track of the number of calls, emails, etc. made over the past month. I've even had to file a formal complaint with the Attorney General's Office. Absolutely outrageous. Absolutely crass they do not expedite procedures and pass you on to other numbers to wast your time and put off paying you .. been with many insurers this one is horrific . "Horrible horrible experience both with agency and local rep! After experiencing ID theft, changed all my accounts but not Arbella when that went by they sent canx notice cuz my auto-pay was offline Thought I fixed it with my agent Apparently not! Got a email this am saying my ins WAS CANX due to non-payment Called my agent right away She says they MAILED me a letter in April that I needed to take action Now why can they cancel me by EMAIL but MAIL me what I needed to do And BIGGEST ? WHY DIDNT MY AGENT CALL ME!!!!! n"

"Cancelled my insurance without giving me any warning or notice. Claim they sent my letters in the mail but also sent me an email (in February 3 months after they claim my insurance was cancelled) saying my letters from them have been coming back undeliverable. When I responded with my address I got my letter from them (check for total loss) but was still not informed that they were no longer covering me. Avoid this company. They lack customer service and communication with the customer and will end up having you getting put into court for driving uninsured because while you thought their automatic payments were working their archaic technology did not have it going through and never gave any warning to this. They will also say they never made calls or sent emails to you even if you have proof and forward them emails from themselves of them saying stuff such as your mail has come back undeliverable or stating they were still covering me for an incident that I was in after they now claim they cancelled out my insurance. They just lie to make themselves seem better even when given every ounce of proof that they were negligent in reaching out to the customer and doing what’s best or even remotely helpful for them"
