"If I could give a zero star I would! I had to get a new card because of fraud yesterday and today was my first day using it. Had no issues until I had to make a bill payment online and it was declined with no reason besides your bank or card declined it. So I call the number to hear my account info to then be told I’m putting in the wrong info. So because of the time I couldn’t talk to an actual person so I went to the live teller just for her to tell me there’s nothing she can do besides tell me I’ve reached my transaction amount. How?? I’ve only had 10 transactions on my account all day!!! She proceeds to tell to call the branch tomorrow to figure it out because she doesn’t know why. Absolutely insane that clients have to wait until the following morning to use their card and figure out what’s going on with their account. Definitely thinking about switching all my accounts to a different bank!!"

"The people on the phone are insanely rude. You can't print off PDF statements online so if you use these accounts for anything important it's going to be a hassle to get documentation. They send statements by mail a month after the fact and only allow you to download excel spreadsheets of your banking activity in 2023 lol"

"Absolutely done with this bank. A few weeks ago I tried to deposit a check that had both my wife's name and I on it. The lady was pretty brief and rude in telling me that she could not deposit it because my wife did not have an account here. She was able to deposit it to her bank without me signing or anything without issue. And yesterday my debit card was randomly hacked despite the fact that I almost never actually use it. I got a very strange fraud detection call and figured I would try and call to sort it out. Naturally they locked my account and disabled my debit card rendering me essentially broke. I finally got time to go into the bank today and the line was actually through the door because there was only one person working the desk. I know have to go another day without having a debit card. I feel like every time I come to this Bank there is a problem or I am stuck waiting in line."
