"I called, they answered, knew exactly what I was asking about. Sent me the document over email and fax. We filled it out, sent it back, they signed and returned it. Done! Excellent service from Tanita Jones!"
"This court house is ridiculous as well as this state. my boyfriend filed a change of custody form considering the divorce took place here and judge Christopher Hughes dismissed due to jurisdiction issues... someone needs to go back to school...once you heard his case you could submit your ruling to the hague.... they must not teach that in Alabama..."
"Lisa in the online tag department demonstrated amazing customer service ! She was very sweet and helpful, and she sounded like she was happy to be at work. She was able to answer all of my questions and her personality is so bubbly and welcoming. Best customer service I’ve ever had here. Thank you Lisa !"
"I recommend this place over the Auburn satellite office any day. The courthouse has very nice people in there. If u go to Auburn they will give you so much trouble it's ridiculous. It doesn't matter if you have the proper documentation there are a headache in Auburn. So if I were you I'll go the extra mile and drive to the courthouse...unless you get lucky and get Mrs. Dellia Preston so sweet."
"I was not able to talk with anyone presently. The main operator was nice, and the extension I was trying to reach was busy at the moment. The voice mail was clear. This is normal this day and time they probably need more staff."
