"The crew was the bomb! The sale rep not so much. My move was a little weird for me and my kids because most of our stuff was in storage for two years in a storage unit 10x20. The other part was in a very very small house with my business too. After explain to sale rep furniture is in storage unit in city 30 minutes away from us but my business and our personal stuff was with us but also a 8x13 shed and 12x12 shed full where we were. Everything was already boxed up and the house we moved to was between the two location was told by sales rep they would split crew to go to both locations at same time to hopefully make move quicker. Well 2 phones the day before and then even explaining it again when they got there what we were told and what they were told was two different things. They were told picking up from house, dropping at storage shed and house when it was picking up from house and storage shed in another city and taking to final house. Was quoted 6 hrs which if crew was split probably would have been but Kerry the crew leader was so nice and patience and explain why they didn't split crew and not sure why they would tell us that. He kept reassuring me they would take care of us. My old son stayed at old house while I had to be at new house taking care of things because of time line I had set due to what I was told. It took 10 hrs to get most of the stuff from both locations and personally we will have to still make another few trip with a truck to get the rest of the stuff but I can say that is sales rep fault NOT THE CREW! Those men showed up and showed out wrapping things, taking just about anything even if it was boxes completely right and nothing was damaged at all. They put it in each room and even right before they left saw me trying to move something and wanted to move it for me. LIKE I SAID THE MOVING CREW KERRY HAD WAS THE BEST WITH ALL THE STUFF THEY WERE NOT TOLD BIT SALES REP REALLY NEED TO BE TRAINED TO EITHER HAVE A DAY Riding with CREW TO KNOW EXACTLY OR THE CREW LEADER NEEDS TO DO TRAINING SO SALES REP REALLY UNDERSTAND COMPLETELY. they ended up working 10 hrs total. I would recommend Kerry and his guys everytime for the care and patience's they have and you will get your money worth even in overtime situations. I can't complain at price for 10 hrs of work for 5-6 guys because they worked the whole time. Sales rep just need more training when it isn't just moving from a house to house because with multiple parts they just don't understand. Picture was the final moving truck unloading an they had it packed fully which I was impressed how they got it all in there."
