"Awful customer service (wish I knew the ladies name who i dealt with) it was around 9:15 am on 7/22/24 all the way to the left when walking in the front door - I hope she finds happiness in another profession as a bank teller is not for her. She was rude and angry for no reason, I pray she can find her smile and peace one day. Someone do something nice for this women - she really needs it."
"Awful bank..not just this location--all of them. Terrible customer service. I am a business owner and have my personal account there as well. I've been talked down to, I've had to deal with the bank not cooperating with electronic transfers for payments to the business, and today was the last straw as they refused to allow me to connect my account to a retirement fund. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. 1 star is too good for this awful company. Let's hope they do the world a favor and shut down."
