"I came to Bank Newport because I wanted a local bank for my business. But the truth is this bank is soo slow...at everything. I have other accounts at other "bigger" banks and the truth is Bank Newport's Electronic Banking is light years BEHIND. After business hours even their electronic banking will not process most transactions. You can do POS but not deposits or transfers electronically. At this Bank business closes when the bank does. Just as soon as all of my payments go through for this month I will have no choice but to close this account. If you want to keep your money in a savings account you should go here. But if you have a business and go non stop, seek a more modern bank."
