"I called their headquarters today and after 45 minutes someone finally came in. I had a simple problem of funds going into an obsolete line of credit, and needed to get it transferred to checking. They did not have a record of the line of credit and copped an attitude. Of course that's unacceptable as they are in the service industry. I pressed on and then "click"? They hung up on me. Nothing worse than a culture that has fake smiles, customer friendliness and fake problem handling. Thnik about that the next time you talk to a behemoth BS firm!"
