"They can keep my $13 dollars because i will never return back. The uncomfortable air of mean girls is a complete turn off. I walk in to get help after 3 weeks of not being able to get into the branch because of work and not having my online banking info after just opening new accounts. The two girls and one male were what looked and sounded like gossiping in at the tellers desk. We all know no one wants to walk into an atmosphere like that. One greeted me and the other two scattered back to their chairs. As I was explaining my issue to the one teller who was decently nice and was trying to help me, the other female teller decided to involve herself and continued to ask me a question that I did not know the answer to nor understood because of the way she asked. Based on her remarks and way of questioning was if I was stupid and should have known such an obvious answer. She asked to see my phone, I walked out to go get it out of my car and immediately did not want to return. I decided I was being petty and needed the help so I returned back with my phone. I got the most simplistic answer that did not help in the slightest and continued to stand there silent.I starred at my phone for a second deciding this was not the bank I want to be at and just thanked them and left. As I was walking out the other teller yelled to me if she needed her to send me something. I declined and left and will not look back. Not the experience I want to have at a new bank."

"I use to like this bank ! Till they closed early on a Friday night and I needed to cash my check now I'm screwed till tomorrow thanks to someone who wanted close early. If your hours are posted as 6pm then leave the door unlocked till 6pm both my iPhones and even Google maps said it was still open a few more minutes so I rushed over there for nothing ! Banks just suck. I thought this was the last good bank around. I'm sticking with my AMEX blue bird. I'll be there at this location tomorrow and I'll let them know what I think of this. Thanks for ruining my night. Good Night"
