I generally deal with this branch, as it offers convenience, and the staff has always been so welcoming and friendly, and helpful. I visited with them a few days ago to open another checking account. This one had special needs, different from what I already have. I was assisted by Brianna, and once Laura returned to her teller station, she helped to finalize my transaction. "Easy banking and quick"
"There is no better bank than MY WASHINGTON TRUST branch. Rumford. Opening an account was amazing. I made a new best friend. LAURA. Didn't think I needed a debit card, Laura to the rescue. Had a problem setting up first bill pay. Ok this time it was Scott to the rescue. Tellers are amazing. BUT, today I tried using my debit card for a rather large , ok large, purchase. My card was declined. Plenty of money in my account. Again LAURA to the rescue. I love my bank."
