"The most intimate library experience my family has ever had- such personalized service!! Was a complete joy!! Emma, the children’s librarian, helped our daughter find some fun new authors & was just great at interacting with her. Joanne was amazing too- she was so helpful getting us set up with our library cards… and she is dedicated & very organized with the Friends of the Library bookstore located on the 3rd floor- most of these pics are from that level bc it is just packed full of books for purchase & was so fun to explore!! Joanne was fantastic at showing us around upstairs & just loves what she’s doing here… we can’t wait to visit again!! Thank you, Emma & Joanne, for both being so kind & helpful."
