Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"This establishments has the resources to accommodate disabled individuals and caretakers of disabled individuals and does not. There is a drive up atm to replace the drive thru teller. This makes it extremely difficult for disabled persons to have a sensible way to deal with the bank and their money. I tried to call and discuss my concerns with corporate, and I discussed them at the bank when there was obvious issues for me to deposit cash into my account. Shame on whoever decided that disabled people do not matter. Very sad. It felt like my concerns had fallen on deaf ears. I ask for contact information to discuss my concerns with someone who may care and was given the email of someone who apparently doesn’t accept emails because it shot back to me. O’Neill is a real person in the company but my email did not go through to her. I hope that all customers with disability and all caretakers flood this company with their concerns. It does not seem like they matter and it should be illegal to discriminate or expect them to deposit their cash into a sketchy atm. Shame on whoever made this decision."

"I love this bank I live closer to another branch but refuse to go there they are rude and don’t know what they are doing but this bank here in East Providence are awesome!! Friendly staff always on point. They are caring, courteous and friendly. I have been with BOA since 1997 I miss the Newport ave Branch in Pawtucket, but this one is super nice quick and people that work there are awesome!! Keep up the good job."

"Due to covid and cancellations with theDMV they wouldnt even cash a 15.00 check drawn off them from the state but had an employee cash one just last week and they wouldnt do it today. So glad I never opened an account with them the teller and manager looked dumb founded when I said there employee washable to override it last week so glad that arent lenient due to covid. I opened up a free checking mind you they dont offer that at citizens totally recommend citizens and advise people not to open up at bank of America rude and unkind."

"For a while now, I have been Suspicious that this bank ( Bank Of America ) has been Stealing my money!!! For at least Months now I keep getting news that my Bank Account has been getting Very Low!!! There is No reason for this to be happening. For I am Always So Careful with my checking and spending. If this keeps up Any more, you bank workers will be in Trouble!! And forget about retaliation. I Used to Trust you bank workers, and completely, too. But Not so much anymore!! This post is addressed to you bank workers. Again, there is No way that my bank account could have gotten so low!
