"I just called the bank to find CD rates, there is literally NO ONE there to answer PHONES! I am blown away how there is zero accountability for banking I’m 50 years old trying to move over $1.4 million from citizens and I literally cannot get this done without issues like nobody answering the phone, emails being messed up complete lack of customer service. they could be offering 10% on their CDs. I cannot take a chance to put my money in such a place that has zero accountability for their staff employees or customers."

"Rockland Trust Bank decided to close my account and informed me just by mailing me a letter, without any prior communication to this point. When I inquired to give me a specific reason/s, stating facts, they denied to provide any information at all. Blocked me from accessing my account online, although it stated otherwise in the letter. Their reluctancy to communicate with me and resolve whatever issues they have with my account, topped it of to the point that I've had enough, regardless that my experience so far was hassle free and I enjoyed being their customer. Now I am happy to be banking with American Express."
