"The store itself is very neat and organized despite the chaos of all of the students coming in to pick up textbooks, merch, and devices. All items were in their respective place, nothing was on the floor and staff was very friendly. They have everything you could think of here."

"Phone number rings at 2:40 PM of operational hours with no one picking up after 12 rings. I am not sure if anyone either cares at the bookstore or understands that this phone number is the only one a person has without sitting down in front a computer to dig all the numbers at Suffolk University to get to some obscure OIRA where responsible ones have disappeared with no trace or voice prompt to inform anything to the hapless caller."

"Rented a book during the pandemic, didn’t return it in time and kinda of forgot about it. Now they sent a debt collector after me. Went in to try to resolve it, the staff was super rude. Felt like i wasn’t welcome when first walked in, When i try to ask for more info on the book that I own, the guy gave off the feeling of annoyed and ticked off."

"Worst bookstore ever!!! Overpriced pretty much a scam. Went in to find books for a class and got screamed at for searching the shelf’s by the guy who runs it. Clearly he wasn’t raised right and should work on his people skills or take a yoga class"

"Would not recommend. Super high prices and rude staff. Recently, they misplaced one of the books that I ordered and desperately needed for one of my classes. In the actual bookstore, staff was extremely rude. I was asking for a friend if they bought back specific books and they said the needed the book in hand to know. They didn’t bother to check if the book was returnable, and when asked for them to do so they got extremely annoyed. Rude staff, overpriced, and careless. The people running the pick up for textbooks were friendly and understanding, but however the staff in the actual bookstore were indeed the opposite. After I get my book that they lost, I will never buy anything from here again and would advice others to do the same before they have experiences like min and many others among these reviews."
