"Went to a wake early his month. Arrived when opening and waited outside in the rain for 1 and 1/2 hours only to be moved inside the door and 3 more rooms of waiting. After 1 more hour we left. Spoke to other friends that went late in the service time. They never made if inside after 1 hour wait. The staff needs to learn how to move people through more quickly.We felt like we were in a hidden line at Disney World, because each room just entered another room."
