"Arrived 20 minutes early for the 12:20 ferry to the Logan ferry terminal for a flight departing after 3pm. Terminal was basic, behind a restaurant at the end of the road. Ferry arrived just to tell us that it was at capacity and could take no one, leaving everybody at the terminal needing to get into Boston to either wait 2 additional hours for the next ferry (additionally advised to go to Hingham ferry terminal to ensure boarding) or to, as I had to, drive all the way around and go into Logan by car. I specifically opted for the ferry due to road, silverline, and red line maintenance work/delays/closures, and was entirely let down by the utter lack of any prior warning or information. If I had any way of knowing that capacity was going to be so limited, I wouldn't have bothered trying at Hull. It's unbelievable that the ferry only runs every 2 hours when I arrived at a 35 minute ferry ride 3 hours before my flight departs. No wonder everybody just drives into the city."
