"I have been a Salem Five customer for over forty years with savings accounts, checking accounts, mortgages and equity lines of credit. All via the Salem, MA location with no problems to speak of. But I have moved and now I’m dealing with the Georgetown branch and it has been simply ridiculous. If you plan to do business here I strongly recommend that you RUN AWAY and find someplace else to take your business. I am currently working to get an equity line of credit and their customer service is non existent. There has been ZERO communication and ZERO coordination from their loan department on my loan. Once my credit was approved they dropped me like a hot potato. I am only getting responses when I call to complain or send emails. Management has been notified and as I expected I have not been contacted by them, I had to call them myself. Find someplace that values you as a customer, there are many good places out there."
