"After decades of banking with a large, hands-off bank, I decided to switch to a local, more personal bank. This decision has been extremely beneficial. Historically, I had spent a maddening about of time on hold waiting to speak with a person at my bank. It was unacceptable. And, it always resulted with me yelling 'REPRESENTATIVE!' into the phone. I would become incensed knowing there were so many other things I could be spending that lost time on. I also feel it is important to establish a rapport and know the person with whom you entrust your finances. I have been so pleased working with Sherry Pruyn.
