North Shore Bank

"North Shore Bank did not protect me in two fraudulant charges worth $4049. At first Casey Stone said i had 6 months to dispute the charges . Then she called the next day and said it was only 60 days. She made me fax the information to Capital One knowing they are the ones that have to communicate with another bank. The whole time they guide me in the wrong direction. Casey Stone also said " Id like to borrow your girlfriend for a couple of days " when we was in the branch filling out dispute forms ,this was very unsettling and pigish behavoir . I DO NOT reccomend this bank and the people who answer the phone are rude and impatient . Also when you go in the tellers are rude and miserible. Overall horrible expierance and they lost a loyal customer."

"This is the slowest North Shore Branch. I’ve never had an experience here that took less that 15 minutes - for something as simple as a deposit. I don’t know if it is understaffing, tellers that are not tech savvy, or (and I hate to say this) older employees that are just SLOW. But it’s a serious problem and is not efficient in cases of emergency or in general for customers that just need to make quick transactions. This is the closest branch to my house but I’d rather travel to the farther ones because the service is that bad. The drive through service is awful as no one is ever readily available, there’s always a long wait like over 7 minutes. Management please look into this and see if some changes can be made."
