Reviews
"Nice enough library though staff and patrons are very rude. Unfortunately, I came to get some work done and had intended to do a Zoom call in the designated computer/tech area. I was asked to please sit outside (Where there is incredibly loud contruction going on) by a staff member who could not answer my questions about the video policy, which upon looking at online, I was in compliance of. I had to completely abandon my Zoom and walk to a loud nearby coffee shop to finish my work. Also, they have a disappointing literature section with many books only available at other library branche."
"A great library very friendly people I love it I actually came here once back in 2019 but I didn't realize that is was the same one, awesome place I highly recommend it a lot."
"You can use the computers without an ID -- you just sit down and use them. There's a comfortable seating area with a recharging station. The inside is well lit with natural light. Very comfortable!"
"As a resident and local business owner in Brookline. (Tzedeck.com) I love this library. When I lived in Boston I used to meet my mentor here every week to learn how to be a lead teacher and work on my lessons plans and my pedagogical studies to support my transition from an assistant teacher to become lead teacher. This library was great place to go to when I needed to study and get the mentoring I needed to become everything all the books at the library can inspire people to become and be! All the staff are are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and always have great advice and suggestions on materials or books. . This library is also it was very quiet and peaceful. The art and their kids section is great too!"
"Cozy, but a little too small. Books are not in good quantity to browse through."
