"It's open to the public. And during the summer there are very few people making use of the space."
"If you're not a student and just visiting, make sure you bring your Covid vaccination card with you and that you call ahead to let them know you'd like to visit. It's very easy to do this, and the staff member who checked us in was nice. The library itself is vast and gorgeous. You'll find so much material here. We were pleased to see it had a section for new nonfiction as well, encouraging reading for pleasure. Seems like a great place to go and study."
"Great place to get work done if you’re a Tufts student. There are quiet rooms but it should be noted that spaces outside of those quiet rooms can get very loud."
"Pretty good place to study -- lots of computers and books, friendly librarians, and of course Tower Cafe, which has good snacks at slightly too-high prices. In the subbasement is the Tufts Digital Library/Digital Archive and the Reading Room, where you can find both digital and physical copies of pieces of Tufts lore and history. Yearbooks and pictures from Tufts' early decades are down there, along with a time capsule and some dusty busts."
"Librarians are very helpful and the library is easy to navigate. Only complaint is that the reading room and late night study is cramped."
