"I don't know how to get help from travelers for my claim. Adjusters and the adjuster's manager keep ignoring my call, and emails. No one in travelers takes care of my claim. I use the west hill website's contractor which was recommended by Traveler. I thought west hill and Travelers are working together to help me from the water damage. However, they are not. Adjusters don't read contractors' bills and do not communicate with each other. I called and emailed them and no one help me solve the issue. My Claim IMV4836 closed with over a $9000 gap from the bill without any explanation. Since the adjuster, manager, and claim center do not help me with the claim, the only thing I can do is leave a message to ask for help. Here are several things that need to be taken care of for IMV4836: 1. Please check the migration cost estimation from a contractor, this invoice needs refurbishment, there's a $3000 gap! 2. 2 receipts from Home Depot to buy the moving box, around $200! 3. 1 receipt from MI-BOX storage, Around $169! If Travelers keep ignoring me and I cannot start rebuilding, I will keep getting storage bills and that will cost more! 4. 1 Excel sheet of personal damaged items in this water-damaged claim, $2500! I HAVE TRIED TO CALL THE CLAIM CENTER, ADJUSTER, AND ADJUSTER'S MANAGER. NO RESPONSE AT ALL."
