"Kaplanksy not only added my bank information to the wrong account but also processed a payment on the wrong account, and then failed to investigate it after Norfolk and Dedham had asked them to do so. I appreciate Jordan McDonald at Norfolk & Dedham going above and beyond to refund me in less than a day. I don’t appreciate Valerie at Kaplanksy who is supposed to be my insurance agent never reaching out to me, nor did she answer my emails instead she sent her colleague Gail to email me apparently Valerie “wasn’t available “ which is confusing as she was available to relay the message to Gail? It’s been 3 business days and still no response, shame on her customer service or should I say lack of. Jordan also was able to offer me a payment plan that Kaplanksy never even discussed, Kaplanksy provided me with inaccurate information and then I was shocked to see a different amount come out of my account. Overall terrible experience with Kaplanksy."
