"My bank was recently bought out by Chase, so this was my first time in a Chase Bank. The gentleman with the curly black hair and glasses greeting everyone was very pleasant. Then, when the line was getting long, he hopped behind the counter to help get people in and out faster. Very pleasant customer service experience."

"My wife and I were treated like second-class citizens for speaking Spanish among ourselves while waiting to see a banker. We were asked about our immigration status/country of citizenship prior to a seeing a banker? Unbelievable, they nearly denied us service. Then the banker said he could see us in-between appointments, even though we had an appointment. I have been a Chase customer for nearly a decade, used their services in multiple states, and I contemplated closing all my accounts after this. Terrible, management should train the employees in this Braintree branch to treat everyone equally..."

"Chase customer service at this location is rude, lousy, and not professional. There was no greeting or hand shaking at all. The person did not even have a name tag or introduce what his name is. The person just stand in his office and waving his finger to ask me to come into the office. A check deposit take 12 days to clear. Deposit on 6/9 and estimate clear date is 6/21."

"I went in on Saturday and may I just say the customer service I got was un believable. I was greeted by the most welcoming happy man ever unfortunately I do not remember his name but he was working there Saturday 10/29. He made me feel very welcome and he informed me that he was waiting on a person but he will get to me as soon as he is able to his customer did come in so he paired me up with the most nice young gentleman ever his name was Will. I highly recommend going to him for any information he was very informative on what the business was about as well as all of the different forms of credit and different accounts. I have had very bad experiences with banks not being that informative using big words but Will really made me understood about what this bank was about I was in and out in about 30 minutes not even I would highly recommend anyone opening account to go to chase bank and definitely see these two gentlemen I had great conversations with both of them and I am very very happy with my experience."
