"If you want to waste your time and not being served just come this branch And you can see amazing excuses not work. I came at 12:30 pm there were no body besides me and they were telling they are fully booked . I waited if somebody doesn’t show up i can maybe helped just with walking in . There were only one customer and she just withdrew money from ATM but I wasn’t served . Because they were fully booked but nobody showed up during 30-1 hr . Good place for excuses ."

"Chelesie was absoluty rude and caused a seen as managment team esculated the situation infront of everyone in the branch. She swiped the paper out of Rachel hands yelled at an older couple for talking because they were frustrated with the service and treatment from the staff at this location. Which seems to be warranted with the reflection of the reviews the last year.You can see the blond Chelesie has had other issues and doesnt know how to handel herself."

"Beautiful branch and phenomenal service!! I came in to get some cash for Lunar New Year and an international trip, both events requiring straight, non wrinkled money. Not only was I greeted so warmly by Damian upon walking in, he quickly got me to the teller, Jennifer, who spent so much time counting and searching to make sure my dollar bills were in the right denominations and as crisp as possible. Icing on the cake was how they treated my kids. I had no choice but to bank with a 3year old and a 2 year old today and Damian was so incredibly kind with them, offering them lollipops and keeping an eye on them while I was with the teller. They were this prompt and inviting to everyone I saw while I was there.Thank you so much for your high level of service! Raises all around!"
