"My ATM card was eaten by their ATM at which time they contacted me to let me know they have the card but I was unable to go to the bank to retrieve it right away. The following day there were three fraudulent charges on that card. I went to the branch as instructed to receive reimbursement and they told me it would be 45 days! They (Middleton) are the ones that had the card! I have been with this bank for 35 years when it started as Arlington bank then Shawmut then Sovereign, and now Santander which is the absolute worst, and I will never bank here again, and I’m changing all my accounts to a more reputable and professional institution."
