"Really rude bank tellers , no one greeted me or said hello, I went to get help opening an account and immediately decided to close it because of the lack of customer service and rude employees that served me. Clearly they don’t care about their customers or their reputation if they are hiring rude people. Avoid this bank unless you like to be treated like garbage the second you walk thought the door."

"I have been a customer of this branch for over 30 yrs. When I 1st moved into East Boston and it was EBsavings and still continues now that they have changed over to Rockland trust. Everyone in this branch is exceptionally friendly and very professional unlike some reviews that I've read."

"By far the worst bank I've ever held to deal with. Holding a buisness check for 5 buisness days because my checking account is new. I deposit CASH and they don't make the funds available until 48 hours. How tf does ANY bank EVER allowed to hold peoples money for that long when people have bills to pay???? Yeah I see a new checking account with a different BETTER bank in my future. Bye bye EBSB✌"

"Had the WORST experience today when going into this bank very disappointing. I walked in no one greeted me to say hello, I take a seat and I’m waiting to be called by customer service. Only took a few minutes which was good, but the customer service woman didn’t even stand up to tell me she was ready, she yelled over her desk to tell me she was ready. When I greet her with a smile and ask how she was she looked at me with a straight face and just said well. I told her my problem and was just trying to get her to understand, but she was rude the entire time and I wasn’t even there long, I probably sat at her desk a total of 10 minutes and if you run out of patience that quickly with your customers maybe that isn’t the job for you. when I tell you the moment I sat down she was with a nasty attitude. So at some point she lost patience with me and brought over her manager who was very kind, told me she would have it taken care of. At some point I was looking at her talking and she turned her computer away from me and her head with just a nasty attitude and ignored me while her manager spoke too me. I feel like I was being very discriminated against because her customer before hand was Hispanic and she was very nice to him, laughing and being enjoyable with him. I heard there entire conversation because I was right there but as soon as I go to her table she had instant aggressiveness. She was a very short, stout, heavier set, with glasses Hispanic woman. DON’T GO TO THIS BANK! unless you speak Spanish."
