"I’m not a Citizens Bank account Holder But after my experience today I would never Want to be if I could give a negative 5 stars I would I received a check mine you it was an Eastern Bank check after waiting in line I go up to the window had my check ready two forms of ID handed it to the representative she asked me do you have an account with us I said no she said give me a minute went to ask her manager if she could cash my check of 8335 she came back and stated she was unable to cash my check come back end of the week they would have the money Friday to cash the check WOW I’ve never Ben told from a bank that they were unable to cash. Check I’ve cashed bigger checks in the past not in Citizens Bank but other banks for larger amounts with no problem if your a bank and unable to cash a 8335 dollar check any giving time why would I want you to be my Bank sorry that was Cheesy called East Boston Branch had the money right away went there didn’t have to wait to the end of the week stay away from a Mediocre Bank"
