PNC Bank

"Went in to make an international wire transfer from my PNC account. I was served immediately and it took just 5 minutes. I was told the funds would be available the next day. A week has gone by and the money hasn’t even left my bank account. No trace of the bank transfer ever being done. This branch is useless and PNC as a whole is a joke."

"Worst experience at this bank, came in with a check drawn on their bank, a PNC bank account and they are unable to verify it ! Check is from a well know major investment company ! They have you do video banking, no real person / teller, just someone on a video screen who seemed miserable and uninterested in helping you."

"Everything about this location says BANK and yet there are no actual tellers. A full staff of people but they told me I had to use a virtual assistant though video call on an ATM and couldn’t cash some bonds I had. Just wasted a half hour of my time. Don’t come here to do actual banking…"

"Do you want to call your bank 2-3 times a week and talk them through their job? Then this is the bank for you. Super stressful experience overall. Edit: came back to increase this to 3 stars. My accounts are now being managed by Esme, who is helpful and efficient."

"Esmeralda was awesome! I was locked out of my online account and frustrated that the representative couldn't help me on the phone. I expected more of the same when I went to the branch. To my pleasant surprise, Esmeralda and Kelley got everything done for me in that visit - new debit cards printed, online account set up, everything! They definitely turned me into someone thinking of dumping PNC after the horrible phone service into a customer! They were very pleasant and helpful."
