"There's no reason for people to have to wait in line for an hour to see a teller when there are this many people working. Why are there only 2 tellers with such a busy location? Absolutely ridiculous! The old location on the west side moved a lot faster. The managers need to do something about this."

"This is the worst thing they could’ve done. Shut down every other Bank of America in Brockton, then open this big one but have it constantly understaffed. This is not to bash the employees, in fact I feel bad for them. Just a dumb decision behind this building and unfair to the people of Brockton."

"I have an appointment with a notary at 12:30pm. I got here at 12:14pm. There's no one else waiting for a notary. It's now 12:42 and still haven't been called. I'll update you in a second but this isn't looking good. I'm not sure what the point of the appointment is if they aren't going to honor it at that time. Otherwise I would have did what I did yesterday which was just walk in and wait an hour. I should have just been told that I was not going to be seen at that time. There were several opportunities. They called me last night to confirm. I came in 15 minutes early and no one was in the lobby. Now there is a huge rush."

"One of the worst banks to go to. Customer service is horrible, be prepared to go into this bank and have to wait long periods of time before even getting attend to. It seems they only have one representative to help you yet. There’s like seven employees at this bank, but apparently only one person to help you if you have an issue with your account. Very unprofessional will be closing my account and not dealing with Bank of America anymore. Sad part is the banks not even busy. There’s like nobody in here yet it takes forever to be attended.."
