"This place is joke, and I hope no one has to professionally interact with this branch (who knows, maybe the whole company). I work for human resources for a company that deals with independent contractors, and I constantly interact with insurance agencies from all over Eastern Massachusetts by checking and verifying certain documents. I am well aware of the approval process that must occur via the policy holder to obtain my information. The people at this branch are completely inept to do the smallest of tasks. they failed to send fax for several days once the policy holder approved the sending of the information, once they did the fax was basically unreadable. After approval was given to send me an email, I was told they were going to send it multiple times over a 3 hour period.... First they forgot and started dealing with other people, then they had my email wrong, then one conversation was "oh yea! you will have it in a minute." 45 minutes later I call and they say "the policy holder has told us not to send you this email, and we don't deal with third parties, the holder needs to come in and give written approval." A lie that was beyond laughable... Why would they fax my company in the first place? Why would they attempt the email 3-4 times if they aren't allowed to in the first place? It was obvious they are completely unable to perform anything, and got tired that I was calling every 30 minutes (hey, It's Friday) because I was trying to get my job done. This policy holder is not able to work because of this situation, which makes the accusation that approval was denied even more laughable. If you are a professional contractor I strongly suggest you stay away from this agency because they seem to be totally clueless and may effect your potential jobs. And if you are in HR and have to deal, good luck."
