"Paid 8 dollars to have the staff wrap 1 present and put tissue in another. After 25 minutes of failed attempts by the employee and her teammates not helping her I had to wrap everything myself. After all of this was not offered a refund for the wrapping. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE WRAPPING SERVICE. This has been my go to spot for years to find creative and beautiful things to wrap presents for loved ones. The selection while expensive is exellent."
