"I am VERY grateful for Rebecca Lowe's help. She was so kind to explain a process for me and proceeded to go further when I had an issue by resolving the situation. Warm and professional, I hope I will see her on a return trip!"
"OH EM GOODNESS the people at this library are beyond amazing. I was looking for a holiday historical fiction novel and Laurie came through! This queen found me tons of stories that I absolutely love. She took the time to get to know my reading pallet and then found me half a dozen books I never would have found on my own. The librarians here are truly the most kind-hearted and delightful people I've ever met."
"The Cookin the Books program lead by Lisa has been amazing, fun and brings new cultures to my attention that I may have not found on my own, each month a new part of the world opens my eyes and taste-buds to the world around us. The books are not just a group of recipes but a tour into different countries, cultures to explore, I cannot praise Lisa enough for her effort to bring all corners of the world to our community through food. I look forward every month to the discussions we share on what each of us have found by exploring the world from our kitchens."
"Another great month of learning about a cookbook I would of not checked out if not for attending a library event called Cookin the Books. Hosted by the knowledgeable, welcoming Lisa Crispin. Lisa's choice of cookbooks always manages to spark a great conversation among the group about the cookbook and recipes they have chosen. It's always a lively, interesting discussion. Lots of fun and delicious food to taste. Yum. I look forward to attending each month. After, I spend time browsing the library bookshelves looking for more inspiration until the next meeting!"
"What a great program! Even if you normally don't like cooking (like me), preparing, sharing, and talking about a recipe makes for a lively afternoon."
