"I was recommended to this funeral home when asking around because I live out of town. I dont feel like I had the support that was needed the entire time of planning my mothers funeral. It was a very unprofessional, bad business, frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. My moms funeral was rushed and there was so much lack of communication. I was reaching out via Text and call a week prior, however no response or urgency until the day before the service because now it's crunch time. I asked to be called and stated I didn't know if I still wanted to do business because of no response back, it was ignored, no empathy, no care about the situation, just wow! It was overwhelming to plan, but this funeral home made it more stressful than it had to be. I didnt even meet my funeral director Dariah nor did she attend the service. However, everytime I contacted her she was with other families. Making it seem as the other families were top priority and I was just left in the dust. I had to do leg work with the insurance company that could of been done many days prior. All it took was a phone call. The body was transferred at the last minute and everything was rushed. I offered to get the outfit shipped there and they told me no but expected me to rush and bring one the day before. I asked would i be able to my mother as a viewing before she was shown to the public. They said probably not. I would now see her the day of because everything was rushed. She did look good once the make up was done but I didn't get to see her until the day of the service. Never heard back from the funeral director just all the collegues. It wasn't like that though in the beginning when we were setting up everything and getting quotes. They didn't even call me when my moms remains were back from the crematory, I still had to reach out to them! Just an overall bad experience that was very unfortunate. Gerald & John were really helpful, but cant say too much for the rest of the staff. Even the day of. The supporting staff outside of Gerald or John wasnt"
