"Had my money in a 15-Month CD here and when it rolled over into an 18-Month instead of a 15-Month like it was supposed to, I was told by one person that it would correct itself and then the assistant banking manager that it was indeed in limbo and would correct itself within 7 business days. When it didn’t and after calling 3 times and visiting the branch 2 times, I got a letter in the mail explaining the technical error and asking for my signature to mail in to correct the mistake. But, THEY DIDN’T include a pre-paid envelope, so now I’m visiting for the 3rd time over the banks error to just prepare to pull my money out. Then on top of it all on the phone call to get what I want requested the banking manager had the nerve to use the words; “We’ll waive the CD penalty”. Like what!? How dare you use that verbiage after screwing up at every single step of the way, especially customer service. Do not bank here, run in the other direction. And the last straw…leading to this one star review, their website says 8:30AM is their opening time and when you call you get forwarded to a call center and not a pre-record, so the only way to find out they actually open at 9:00AM is to get here and sit in the parking lot like me until they actually open."

"Please do not get this bank as your bank !!! Worst customer service at this branch everyone I dealt with beside one of the head tellers by the name of bryan are just rude !! I definitely will be switching banks and please don’t call me begging me to take down my review because nothing has changed since the last one !!! Just sad"
