"Could use an updated catalog. 3 out of 5. Good selection of historical novels. Lady at the desk smelled like a horses behind."
"Great, quiet place to study (upstairs) and a good place for children and talking downstairs. Good books and service. I go there to study a lot."
"Our family loves our town Library for many reasons. It is a comfortable place to sit, search for books, Dvd's, audio books, magazines, and newspapers. Staff are helpful, friendly, and efficient. The director, LeeAnn Amend has brought to the library so many interesting programs; such as the multi-series lectures on Alzheimer disease, Mental Health, local authors, and programs for toddlers, children, teens, and young adults. Families enjoyed the musical cafe which highlighted the different cultures represented in our town. We have used our library card to access Consumer Reports and to learn a new language with Mango. We donate books and shop at the annual Friends of the Library book sale. Our Library encourages our young people to use the facilities of our library; what better place for them to "hang out.""
"I come here midday everyday, and I have acquainted myself with the staff, seating arrangements, library regulars, and books. There are numerous events that always put me in high spirits, and though it’s a little library in a quaint town, it’s abundant with joy. It’s just about as welcoming as libraries get, and I hope to see more of it."
"The library is full of books, and if what you want isn't there, one of the wonderful librarians will help you find it. There are cozy places to sit and browse, or read a whole book if you like. A friendly, rich environment, just like your fantasy of what a library should be."
